Price is based on double occupancy.
 Check in is between 3 and 7 P.M. unless prior arrangements are made.
Check out is 11 a.m.
All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted.
Smoking is permitted at designated locations outside the inn.
Pets and small children are welcome in the Carriage House. $15 extra for dogs.
Children 7 years and older are welcome in the Inn.
An advanced deposit of one night's lodging or a credit card is required to confirm all reservations.
2 night minimum for holiday weekends; including but not limited to Valentine's, Mother's Day, Memorial Day
Pet policy:
Dog Friendly Rules – We do not allow cats.
Dogs must be on a leash while on the grounds of the Inn.
Dog owners must pick up after their pets.
Dogs are not allowed in the main Inn. You may leave your pet in your room while in the main Inn or out for the day.
If your dog is not trained to stay off the furniture and the beds your pet must be contained either with a crate or gate.
If your dog is disruptive and/or the pet rules are not being followed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy: there is a service fee of $20 on all cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival and the room can be re-booked the above cancellation policy applies. If the room cannot be re-booked, you will be charged a full one night’s stay. In the event you fail to cancel your reservation and do not claim the room, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
In the event of early departure your entire reservation must be honored. Any monies owed due to cancellations will be billed to your credit card.
